Today, we're going to be talking about energy and energy when it comes to business, energy, when it comes to showing up in business, the energy that you need to build a successful business because, you know, I talk about this all the time. But as much as strategy is important, as much as I lean into strategy with everything that I teach. We need to balance it out with the energetics. It is crucial and anybody who says otherwise, I disagree with. So that's my stance. Now, before we get into today's episode, a couple of reminders. All right, my loves, let's talk energy and I have a feeling stage is going to bark. Should I like put the microphone up to her face and see what she has to say? I don't know. Anyway, so energy when it comes to business, I feel like I've talked about this a lot in the past, but I think that a lot of times what I find happen is that entrepreneurs, Speaker2: [00:03:19] When you get started in your business, you focus first on the strategy only Speaker1: [00:03:24] And then you're like, Oh shit, my mindset is fucked up. Oh shit, I don't have the right energy to call in these clients. Oh shit. Why is everybody that's coming to me really lacking when it comes to money and money mindset? And it's because your energy is off and when Speaker2: [00:03:43] Your energy is off, obviously your clients or dream clients or leads coming to you, it's it's not going to match. So what's what we want to do is we want to make sure that whatever we decide to do in our business, we are aligned with. So what I mean by that is you do not put out an offer that you do not stand behind one hundred percent, you do not put out an offer that you have not proven. So example what I see a lot online is somebody says, Oh, I want to become a business coach. I've been on social media my entire life because, you know, I grew up in the social media era and I kind of understand it. So I want to become a business coach and you have no experience to become a business coach, but you choose to be one anyway. You hire a coach who you know, lets you into their program. You learn how to do all the things, like the basic things that you need to learn and then you just regurgitate that information. You have never proven to yourself that you can do that for yourself. You have never created your own frameworks, your own strategies, your own techniques. You're just like, I'm going to regurgitate what I just learned from my coach and hope I don't get in trouble. Absolutely not. That is not energetically aligned, that is not it that is not going to be effective, that is not going to get you to consistent and come months or any of your dreams of success in business. Speaker2: [00:05:03] You need to do something that you have proven for yourself. You need to do something that works, that is worked. You need to do something that you know how to make happen, right? So with health coaches, you get training. Life coaches, training. You know, you take whatever kind of coach you become or service provider. You take your experiences from your degree, from your careers, from anything to build into your business, right? And you can be your first case study a hundred percent. But that is that is, you know, really important. So I want to state that first, like you need to be energetically aligned and confident in what you're creating with the knowledge that like, I know, this can work because the other thing is, if you're doubtful and not in alignment, energetic alignment with what you're creating and putting out there, it's going to be really hard to sell it. And even if somebody shows interest and gets on a sales call with you, you're not going to be confident in selling it. And even if while not being confident you are still able to sell the spot, you are then going to proceed to have a panic attack every day throughout the entirety of that person working with you out of fear that you just got somebody to pay you for something that you don't know that you can like actually help them with. Speaker2: [00:06:19] I mean, unless you're a bad person, in which case, like, I don't know what to say, but you're you're going to feel a certain type of way and it's not worth it. It's much more worth it to start your business from the jump. As an ethical business that is energetically aligned with you and what you're confident in creating and offering and putting out into the world. So first things first, you have to be in line in alignment with anything that you create. Next thing is you have to be in alignment with what you charge, right? So if you come out the gate and say I want to charge one thousand dollars for a two month coaching program, just an example, just throwing a number out there. But you don't have enough information or you don't want to provide enough to make it worth a thousand dollars and you're like, Well, I'm going to charge a thousand, but I wouldn't pay a thousand for this bitch. What back up if you wouldn't pay for your program, for your offer, for your service, what you are charging for it? Price is wrong. Price is wrong. You need to make sure that this is a price that you can get behind with every fiber of your being and feel so good in it and can justify it. Now, you shouldn't really have to be justifying it to others, but justifying it to yourself. Ok, that means that leads to, I'm sorry, alignment with your pricing. Speaker2: [00:07:40] So now you're an energetic alignment with what you're offering as well as what you're charging for, said offer. Because I have seen time and time again, I'll use myself as an example my first coach or sorry, my second coach I ever hired in my business. She did a training on creating an offer, and she said this is the price breakdown and essentially said, if your program is this long, this is how much you need to charge. If it's this long, this is how much you need to charge, like period end of story. And so I was told that I needed to charge at minimum a thousand dollars for my coaching, and I didn't feel confident in charging that much at the time at the time. That seemed like a terrifying amount of money that I could never ask somebody to pay me. And so I got on sales calls and I didn't land a single client because I wasn't confident and what I was charging, I was terrified. I didn't feel worthy of it. I didn't feel like I could actually be charging that much. I was told that I had to charge that much. I was in alignment with my offer, but I was not in alignment with my price. So because I was in alignment with my offer, I was able to get people on the phone. But since I wasn't in alignment with my price, I wasn't able to sell it. Speaker2: [00:08:46] You see, so we need to be in energetic alignment through and through with everything that we do when it comes to showing up on social media. You need to be an energetic alignment with how you show up creating content that you are in alignment with, that you feel good about that you feel confident in. This is what it all comes down to. So now you might be like, OK, do you like, how do I make sure I'm in alignment with this? My favorite favorite thing to do is to do a meditation and visualization exercise before creating anything. Meditate to connect to yourself deep within yourself, in your heart and your body. Get grounded and then visualize what you want to create for yourself. And then create from that space, create your offers to create your content, create your, I don't know emails, create your videos, whatever it is, create it after you've done that. And if you're like, Bitch, that's too much work. I don't meditate. I don't visualize. First of all, you should. Second of all, you know, maybe you start with just journaling, or maybe you just start with like some affirmations or a three-minute EFT tapping sequence, something to get you into yourself and grounded and feeling really good. That's going to be really important. So I just keep staring at my dog as I'm recording this, and she's so stinking cute. She's laying on my bed right now at my parents, and I'm just like, Oh, I love her so much. Speaker2: [00:10:12] Ok, anyway, so. Energy. Energy, energy. That's really what it comes down to. And energy is so important you need to feel so good in the way you're showing up every single day, what you're offering, what you're charging in order to really see. Like the transformation you're looking for. No matter how good your strategy is, if your energy isn't there, something's going to be lacking and the results aren't going to come. So your energy needs to be there and you need to, you know, a really good exercise for you to do is to sit down. And almost I almost like to consider this a piece of your branding, and we go into this in so much more depth in the Abundant Business Academy. What it comes down to a really good exercise. It's to sit down and ask yourself and then journal it out. Whatever comes to mind. What do you want your energy to be like in your business? What do you want people to feel energetically when they consume your content? Consume your video, hear your voice, all the things. What do you want the energy to feel like? What kind of energy do you want to put out into the world when you show up every single day? Because it can be things like you want calm energy, excited energy, high vibe, energy loving energy. Speaker2: [00:11:45] You know, there's so many different ways that you can cut the cake but identify what that energy feels like. Looks like sounds like the kind of energy you want to put out, and then put that shit out every damn day, every damn day. And I'm telling you it's going to make such a difference.
